Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information supplied herein, Bob Heath Visors cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. We apologise for any discrepancies caused by typographical errors and reserve the right to correct them. Genuine pricing mistakes can sometimes happen on websites. We are under no obligation to supply a product to you at an incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent an order confirmation e-mail. Bob Heath Visors Ltd are not obliged to honour the price of any product or service incorrectly marked.

All items are subject to availability. We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. As any manufacturer’s/supplier’s product lines change, our product line will also change.

Occasionally, items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. If we are unable to ship the item within 2 business days, you will be notified. You will then have the option to cancel the order or place the item on back order.

Prices UK

All products listed in this website are displayed without VAT included. The price you pay when delivered to anywhere in the UK mainland including any upgraded shipping options will be plus VAT at the applicable UK rate.  UK VAT will be added and displayed in your shopping cart at the time of ordering.

Prices EU

All products listed in this website will be the price you pay excluding VAT and excluding any shipping costs.

Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout process once you choose your destination country and delivery service.

Prices (ROW) 

All products listed in this website will be the price you pay excluding VAT and excluding any shipping costs. 

Shipping charges are calculated in the checkout process of the website once you choose your destination country. You may be liable for local import taxes in your area based on the total order value; it is your reasonability to check with your local authorities.

Non BSI/EC05 Approved Visors

Some of the visor options that we sell are not BSI/EC-2205 approved and subsequently do not come with the relevant authentication stamp. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities as to the legality of the visor(s) purchased. Bob Heath Visors Ltd do not recommend the use of any tinted or iridium visors at night, in poor light or bad weather conditions.

Paying for your order - Currency's

All payments are taken in GBP British Pound Sterling; please use a currency converter as an indication only. The final payment will be taken in GBP so there may be an exchange rate difference applied by your Bank after you have placed the order. Bob Heath Visors are not responsible for any difference in exchange rate value or an exchange/conversion fee.

Delivery Address details

All items are shipped to the address as supplied by the customer via the website automatically. If the address supplied is incorrect and the order therefore does not subsequently reach its destination, no replacements will be sent out until the original order has been received back to us. There will be an additional shipping charge in such circumstances to resend the order to an amended address. Any orders that go missing or become lost due to an incorrectly supplied address are the customer’s responsibility. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure their address details are correct and correctly supplied. For security we can only ship to the registered address where the card is registered.

Refused Deliveries

As stated above, all items are shipped to the address as supplied by the customer via the website automatically. If, for any reason, a delivery is refused and returned to ourselves as ‘undelivered or uncollected’ etc, any postage charges will be the customer’s responsibility. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the goods or to collect them where delivery is attempted and the goods are returned/hold by the delivery service. Bob Heath Visors are not responsible for shipping or reshipping charges in such circumstances.

Damaged or missing items

Please examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery and provide photographic evidence of any damaged.  Any non-delivery of goods should be reported to us within 30 days of placing the order. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.

Linked items/Gifts

Throughout the site there are often offers where linked items/gifts can be purchased at a discounted price or are supplied at no charge. If the main item is returned for any reason, these linked items have to be returned also. If the discounted linked items/gifts are not returned or the customer decides to keep these, Bob Heath Visors Ltd reserves the right to charge the normal SRP price difference for these items.

 

Delivery Information

UK Delivery Information

We aim to process all internet orders within 1-2 working days if ordered before 1pm Monday - Friday excluding UK bank and public holidays (most will be same day). Where possible, any order placed after 1pm Monday -Thursday will be processed the next working day. In the event of an order being placed after 1pm on a Friday it will be processed the next working day (which will be on a Monday - subject to this not being a Bank Holiday or in any planned closure dates).

We offer a free standard delivery service on all UK mainland orders via the Royal Mail 48 postal service.

Upgraded delivery services can be selected on certain items (at the checkout stage of your order).
Unless a timed or guaranteed delivery service is selected, delivery times may vary as we rely on third party delivery services and do not personally delivery your order. Royal Mail are currently our preferred UK shipping options and their standard delivery service delivery times are ‘aims’ and not guaranteed. Please note we have no control over the time it takes any delivery company to deliver any item and occasionally items can be delayed. Delivery costs are quoted for mainland UK only. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (and solely to aim to give the best delivery service available) we reserve the right to use an alternative shipping option to that selected at the time of ordering.

  • Royal mail First class delivery–   RM24 Tracked, delivery expected within 1-2 days Monday to Saturday..........£1.63 (excluding VAT)
  • Royal mail Special delivery–      RMSD1 delivery 1 working day before 1pm Monday to Friday................£4.96 (excluding VAT)
  • Courier- delivery should be within 24-48hrs Monday to Friday (prices on request)

Duties and taxes for non-UK orders

If an order has been placed and paid for with us for delivery to another country other than the UK, then it is important that you understand that Duties and Taxes may be charged to the receiver. This is currently known as shipping with Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).

DDU means the receiver/customer will get contacted by their customs service once their shipment arrives, and will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to the customer.

If the destination country is outside the UK, then the customer would not have paid any VAT to us on the order.
Charges upon receipt of the order for customers outside of the UK could be a combination of the local equivalent of VAT (at the applicable rate for the delivery country), plus any import duties or administration charges that the item might incur. Please be advised that some countries have very strict customs rules and so items may not be released from customs until the charges are paid. Bob Heath Visors clearly state that we work to the DDU rule whereby Delivery Duty is Unpaid by us. Therefore, any charges which are incurred during the customs clearance process would then need to be paid for by the recipient.

Bob Heath Visors has no control over the amount of import charges an item incurs as this is a customs process and may be different from country to country. Therefore, in the event that you wish to return any goods we would not be able to refund any such charges back to you as we ultimately do not receive any of the charged amounts.

In the event that any import Duties are refused or declined by the customer after shipping the order resulting in the order being returned to us – any refund amount will be restricted and limited to the cost of the goods supplied less any shipping or return costs that we have incurred.

For additional security and an improved delivery service, on all orders shipped to destinations outside of the UK we strongly advise the use of a tracked or signed for delivery service. If the standard economy delivery service is used, please be aware that no tracking or delivery information will be available. Once the order has been dispatched, we can only provide the proof of posting information.

EU Delivery Information

We aim to process all internet orders within 1-2 working days if ordered before 1pm Monday - Friday excluding public holidays (most will be same day). All EU orders will be shipped using Royal mails international delivery service. Delivery times can vary from country to country and Royal Mail estimate on average to expect delivery in approximately 7-10 business days to mainland Europe but please allow up to 10-15 working days as items can get delayed by customs and the delivery service in some countries can be slow at times.

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout process once your Country has been selected. Delivery costs are quoted for mainland Europe only.

EU Postage Options

  • Orders with a sales value of under £10.00 can be shipped by standard economy post at a cost of £3.95. Optionally upgrading from standard to a tracked service (or signed for service where tracked is not available) will be £8.45
  • Orders with a sales value of under £20.00 can be shipped by standard economy post at a cost of £4.95. Optional upgrading from standard to a tracked service (or signed for service where tracked is not available) for will be £9.45
  • Orders with a sales value of over £20.00 will only be shipped via International Tracked service (or signed for service where tracked is not available) at a cost of £9.95

Rest of the World (ROW) Delivery Information

We aim to process all internet orders within 1-2 working days if ordered before 1pm Monday - Friday excluding public holidays (most will be same day). All orders will be shipped using Royal mails international delivery service. Delivery times can vary from country to country and Royal Mail estimate on average to expected delivery in approximately 8-10 business days but please allow up to 14-21 working days as items can get delayed by customs and the delivery service in some countries can be slow at times.
Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout process once your Country has been selected.

  • Orders with a sales value of under £10.00 can be shipped by standard economy post at a cost of £4.50. Optional upgrading from standard to tracked (or signed for service where tracked is not available) will be £9.50
  • Orders with a sales value of under £20.00 can be shipped by standard economy post at a cost of £6.95. Optional Upgrading from standard to tracked (or signed for service where tracked is not available) will be £11.95
  • Orders with a sales value of over £20.00 will only be shipped via Tracked (or signed for service where tracked is not available) post at a cost of £14.95

Please note that some countries do not provide a tracked service option so in such circumstances we are only able to ship items using a signed for service only.

Custom made or Special-Order Items Certain items may be made to order or specially ordered in for you – these may take additional time to dispatch due to the additional time needed to produce or locate them. In such circumstances you will be notified as soon as possible of any delay.

Order Problems or delays - If there is a problem or query with your order, we aim to email you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) from the time the order was placed. Please remember that if there is a problem with your order, this will often result in a shipping delay until the problem is resolved. We aim to do so as quickly as possible.

Taxes & Import Charges Bob Heath Visors cannot be held responsible for any taxes or any other charges your country may impose for importation of your order if you are outside the United Kingdom. Please contact your country's local custom office to check if you are liable to incur importation charges before placing your order.

Customs Information We politely inform you that we are unable to send an item as a sample/gift or reduce the value for Customs or VAT purposes. It is an offence to falsely declare an items value for customs.

We are a small independent company and very occasionally there may be circumstances beyond our control that could possibly delay order processing or delivery, however we pride ourselves on offering the very best products, prices and service and hope that you will be very happy with your order.

Bob Heath Visors refund and returns policy

We promise to refund in full any goods purchased which are unwanted or otherwise and returned to us within 45 days of purchase provided that they are returned unopened, unused and undamaged, i.e., in new condition and in the original packaging. For all returns or warranty claims please contact us at sales@bobheathvisors.co.uk before returning for assistance, help or advice.

All returned items should be returned as supplied complete with all packaging, tags, components and associated parts that were supplied with the order including any free items or gifts.

All returns/exchanges must include the customer's written name, address, phone number and reason for the return/exchange.

Items returned must be undamaged and in a new re-saleable condition. Failing to do so could result in a repackaging/re-stocking fee of 20% (where items simply have been opened and the original packaging has been lost or damaged) or refusal of the exchange (where items have been scratched marked or damaged preventing re-sale).

Each return will be inspected to ensure these conditions are met. Upon receipt we will contact you to confirm the course of action. We aim to do this within office hours and within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will only be made using your original payment method.

Please note the customer is responsible for all return delivery charges unless the goods are wrongly supplied or proved to be faulty. In which case, only reasonable postage costs will be refunded (not Special Delivery). For your own security and peace of mind we would recommend that when returning any goods to use a delivery service that carries insurance cover for the value of the goods with proof of delivery. We cannot and do not accept responsibility for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

Mistakes and errors do occur, and we aim to make every reasonable effort to correct the problem. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Please ensure to mark the customs declaration on your parcel as returned goods for refund, so that we do not incur import vat and import duty on their return.

Always include a copy of the original invoice marked as returned goods for refund.

Please note that failing to do so could result in refusal to accept the parcel back or a deduction of all the import charges from your refund.

International & European warranty:

For all warranty claims please contact us before returning any item for assistance, help or advice. We will assist customers with warranty claims, in some cases items may not require returning but where they do, they will need to be shipped to the UK for inspection or repair. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for this additional back and forth shipping charges.
