SHOEI S12 REPLACEMENT VISORS FOR MEDIUM AND LARGE SIZE HELMETS – BHV35

We produce two sizes of visor  for the S12 helmets. This listing is for our visor BHV35 which fits medium and large size helmets only. This visor will not fit S12 XL size helmets as they have pivot fittings which are set further apart on the helmet and require a larger size visor which we do not produce.

We recommend that you check the following measurements against your helmet prior to ordering a visor :-This visor measures 335mm between the inside edges of the pivot hole slots, and 312mm between the centres of the two bottom edge press studs. If you are unsure about the size of your own helmet then compare these measurements with your original visor or measure around your helmet in the two relevant areas.

These are 1.0 mm thick flat visors that are secured by screw in type top fixings passed through the two top edge pivot slots and then fastening the two bottom edge press studs to retain the visor in position

The visors are BSI approved and fully U.K. road legal apart from the Dark smoke tint option which is non certified. They give 97 % U.V. light protection. The smoke tint visors have a light transmission of 50%

Made in the U.K. by Bob Heath visors Ltd from Lexan polycarbonate, these visors have an abrasion resistant coating on both sides.

Tinted visors are recommended for daytime use only and are stamped as such as per the BSI standard requirement.
