  • 1 x headband complete with 2 x clear Lexan 0.175micron thick high quality film visors.
  • Lightweight and easy to wear High quality Injection moulded polypropylene frame (NOT 3D printed)
  • Single size fit*
  • Hygienic – no foam or elasticated rubber to harbour germs.
  • VERY optically clear 0.175mm thick polycarbonate visor film material.
  • Suitable for helping reduce the risk of contamination for staff in face to face businesses, small business, home, travel, etc.
  • Will meet the requirements of EN166 3
  • Complete with protective film on both sides of the sheet to ensure the visor is supplied clean and protected. (Please ensure to remove the protective films from both sides before use)
  • The Visor can be easily detached from the frame and cleaned and sanitised with cleaning alcohol and reused if required. (We have aimed to keep the visor films cost effective enough to dispose of frequently if required).
  • Provides good facial coverage with an approximate size of 315mm x 215mm.
  • Headband supplied in a white (neutral) polypropylene flat packed to keep shipping and unit prices to a minimum (simply remove the protective film from both sides of the visor and clip it onto the headband)
  • Replacement shields can be purchased in bulk separately to avoid constantly disposing of the band saving money and protecting the environment.
  • Can be easily trimmed with scissors for a custom fit if required.

*For those with extra small head sizes a simple elastic band across the clips will give additional grip if required.

Please be aware that this is a lightweight polycarbonate film measuring 0.175mm thick. This is to keep costs and weight to a minimum. Rest assured this material really is very high optical quality, we have seen many other products that claim to have good optical properties but they do not compare to the optical quality of this material – this grade is used by the very highest levels of motorsport where the highest optical quality is needed.

The visor films are supplied with a cling film protective covering on both sides which must be removed prior to use.

Suitable for use where high clarity is required such as shop assistants, hairdressing, beauty treatments etc.
